Thank you for choosing Pacific Soul. We take great pride in the quality of our freeze-dried superfruit snacks, and we want every customer to have a great experience. Because our products are food items, we are not able to accept returns under any circumstances. That said, your satisfaction matters to us and we are committed to making things right if an issue comes up.

Refunds and Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or does not meet the quality you expected, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package at hello@pacsoulfoods.com. We will review your case and determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.

To help us assess the situation, we require clear photographs of the product and packaging that show the issue. Once we receive the information, our team will evaluate the claim and follow up with the best solution.

Order Issues and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, reach out to us right away at hello@pacsoulfoods.com so we can investigate and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

All Pacific Soul products are final sale. Since we sell food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
