Shipping policy

At Pacific Soul, we work hard to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Below is a quick overview of how we ship, how long it takes, and what you can expect from us.

Shipping Methods

We ship most orders through USPS and UPS. At the moment we offer standard shipping only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Domestic shipping has a flat rate of $5.95.
Orders over $35 ship free.
We also offer free local delivery within 20 miles of our headquarters in Orlando, Florida. Local delivery orders do not include tracking.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on the carrier, but most orders arrive within 3 to 6 business days once shipped. These estimates are provided by the carriers and may vary due to factors outside of our control.
We currently ship only within the United States, with plans to expand internationally in the future.

Order Tracking

All shipped orders include a tracking number so you can follow your package once it leaves our facility.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Yes, we ship to PO boxes through USPS.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is delayed, returned, or lost because the address was entered incorrectly, we cannot issue a refund. If the order has not yet shipped, we can help you update the address.

Order Changes or Cancellations

You can request a change or cancellation as long as the order has not shipped. Once a package is in transit, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you purchased, please contact us at hello@pacsoulfoods.com within 10 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and package so our team can review the issue and make it right.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not able to refund or replace orders that are lost or stolen after delivery.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Orlando, Florida.
